The challenge:
To update Akibia’s customer information database in order to help focus their
upcoming marketing activity. The volume of information meant the in-house team
didn’t have the capacity to turn the project around within the required
deadline. |

The solution:
To bring the Prospects 4 Business team on
board to conduct a thorough cleansing of the database. Using a tailor-made
team, contacts were updated, leads were qualified, sales prospects identified
and out of date information deleted from the database. |
The key outcome:
